P.C.:- It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, though he has been arrested in the year 2015 in Crime No.90 of 2015 registered with Nerul Police Station, Navi Mumbai culminated in Sessions Case No.33 of 2017 and though since then he is behind bars, the trial Court has not framed charge till today.

2) Learned APP on instructions from the Senior Police Inspector, Central Zone, Crime Branch, Navi Mumbai submitted that, till date the Trial Court has not framed charge in the said Sessions Case No.33 of 2017. 3) In view thereof, we hereby direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane seized of Sessions Case No.33 of 2017 to conclude 1/2

ssm 2 53-wp3488.22.doc the trial of the Petitioner within a period of 15 months from the date of receipt of present Order.

Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.

4) Registrar (Judicial-II) is hereby directed to communicate the present Order to the Registrar of Sessions Court, Thane as expeditiously as possible.
