The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Advocate on record is not available today. Hence he requires some time.

It is to be noted that today the matter is shown on board under caption for dismissal. As no one appeared on behalf of petitioner on earlier occasion i.e. 17.06.2016. Today again the petitioner is seeking time. On his request, as a last chance, two weeks time is granted on payment of cost of Rs.2,500/-.
