Short grievance of the Petitioner is that he has filed an application for condonation of delay in election petition as long as back on 27.11.2015. According to the Petitioner despite the fact the Respondents are served, matter is prolonged. He therefore, submits that since it is an election petition, it should be disposed of as early as possible.

Having the heard the learned counsels for the respective parties we dispose of this petition by directing Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan, to dispose of the Miscellaneous Application No.424 of Megha 1/2
24_wp_11140_2016.doc 2015 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Needless to state that this order is applicable only in case all the parties are served before the said Court. 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
