It is informed that the order impugned is refusing impleadment of petitioner. A similar prayer made by respondent No.3 - Trust which is also rejected and same matter of challenge as Writ Petition Stamp No.24010/2019.

Since the petitioner has an option to support the case of respondent No.3 - Trust in that petition, motion is made for withdrawal of the writ petition.

The petition as such stands disposed of as withdrawn. 4.

In view of disposal of writ petition, interim application also stands disposed of.
