Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the notification under Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short "the said Act") and a declaration under Section 19(1) of the said Act.
