Since the copy of the above Civil Application is being furnished to the Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 Mr. A. A. Joshi in the Court today, the Learned Counsel Mr. A. A. Joshi seeks time. Since the properties in question are situated within the jurisdiction of two Tahsildars i.e. Tahsildar Shirur and Tahsildar Daund and since a notice has been received by the Petitioners from Tahsildar Daund, it is clarified that the directions as contained in the order dated 25.06.2015 passed in the above Petition would equally applicable to the Tahsildar Daund. With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Application is disposed of. Since the appearance has now been filed by the Respondent

Nos.1 and 2, list the Petition for admission on the CMIS date i.e. 08.10.2015.
