Since the Court was not inclined to grant relief, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted. Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn. Learned advocate for the applicant, however, submits that the applicant is aged about 70 years, and, he may be granted reasonable time to surrender before the Kasturba Marg police station, Mumbai.
