1) The present application for bail is filed prior to filing of chargesheet. After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief in favour of the applicant, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, either after filing of chargesheet or the stage of Section 167(2) of Cr P.C. reaches.
