Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State. 3.

This is yet another application preferred by the applicant seeking further extension of time of four weeks to furnish sureties or in the alternate to allow the

applicant to continue on cash bail. As far as the alternate prayer to allow the applicant to continue on cash bail is concerned, the said prayer is rejected, at the outset. It is pertinent to note that this Court (CORAM : SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.) vide order dated 10.06.2015 had enlarged the applicant on cash bail of Rs.1,00,000/-. The operative part of the said order reads thus :- "(i) The applicant herein shall be enlarged on cash bail of Rs.1 lakh (Rupees one lakh only) for a period of four weeks from the date of release. After four weeks the applicant shall comply with the order dated 21.04.2015."

Thereafter, the applicant preferred an application, being Cri. Appln. No.606 of 2015 seeking extension of time to furnish surety. This Court (CORAM : SMT. SADHANA S. JADHAV, J.) vide order dated 29.07.2015 extended the time by three weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety within the said period. Thereafter, the

applicant moved another application, being Cri. Appln. No.689 of 2015 seeking extension of time of four weeks to furnish surety. It is recorded in the said order dated 21.08.2015 that only by way of last chance, time is extended by a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety.

This is the third application of the applicant seeking further extension of time to furnish surety. It was made clear, on 21.08.2015 that only by way of last chance, time is extended by a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only by way of indulgence four weeks extension may be granted. He submits that in the event, the applicant is unable to furnish the surety, the applicant will surrender before

the appropriate Court. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, only by way of indulgence, time is extended by a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety and to comply with the earlier order dated 10.06.2015.

The Application is allowed on the aforesaid terms and disposed of.
