This is an application seeking condonation of delay inf filing againt conviction. The applicant is convicted for the offence punishable under Sections 376(2) of IPC and under Section 3 read with Sec. 4 and Section 5 red with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012,.

For the reason assigned in paras 9 of the application, the delay of 6 days in filing the appeal deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.
