Perused the letter dated 02.04.2019 addressed by the learned Judge, Court Room No.10 of the Small Causes Court at Mumbai to the Registrar (Judicial-II) of this Court. By this letter, the learned Judge has sought extension of one year's time for disposal of R.A.E. Suit No.1203/2006.

Perused the earlier order passed by this Court in the present Petition.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the letter dated 02.4.2019, extension of one year's time, as prayed for, to dispose of R.A.E. Suit No.1203/2006 is granted. Office is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial Judge.
