Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP.

By this application, the applicant seeks further extension of
2/4 time to enable the Applicant to stay at Gurgaon for a further period of 6 weeks for his treatment.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the applicant will return from Gurgaon and appear/surrender before the appropriate Court on 12th October, 2015. He states that the applicant has also filed an application before the trial Court, seeking extension of his temporary bail, which expires on 12th October, 2015.

Learned APP has verified the authenticity of the medical certificates filed by the applicant and does not dispute its authenticity. 5.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant, that the applicant will return from Gurgaon and appear/surrender before the appropriate Court on 12th October, 2015, nothing survives for consideration in the present application. In the meantime, the application filed before the trial Court by the applicant, seeking extension of his temporary bail, shall be considered by the learned Judge on its own merits.
