I-214/2014 and I231/2015 registered with Shanti Nagar Police Station, Bhiwandi, is already completed and report under Section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed, this petition will not survive. In view of the statement, the petition is dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of the petition, the criminal application No. 24 of 2015 will not survive for consideration and the same is also dismissed.
