The Petitioner has challenged the order dated 11/04/2019 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Pen, externing him outside the limits of the Districts Raigad, Ratnagiri, Mumbai and Thane for a period of two years. The record of this petition does not show that any stay was granted to operation of this order. The period of externment is already over. The petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition. Permission is granted. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as it has turned infructuous. 3.
