The present Civil Application is preferred by original defendants for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased appellant no.1 Kamrunissa Gulam Sabir who died on 20.3.2007, appellant no.4 Ibrahim Ismail Tajuddin who died on 12.12.2004, appellant no.6 Tajoobi Ismail Tajuddin who died on 5.7.2012 and appellant no.8 Salim Ismail Tajuddin who died on 11.11.2010 and for other reliefs.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present Civil Mohite 1/2
