P.C.:- The Petitioner has impugned Order dated 20th March, 2018, passed by the Deputy Charity Commissioner-Respondent No.1, thereby rejecting the Application of the Petitioner fled in Change Report No. 778 of 2017 for production of certain documents. A bare perusal of the Application fled by the Petitioner would indicate that, no reason at all has been mentioned in the said Application about the relevance of documents which the Petitioner wanted to be produced by the Respondent No.5 herein. The Respondent No.1 in its impugned Order has observed that, by way of fling the said Application, the Petitioner is trying to protract the litigation pending on its fle. I fnd substance in the said fnding.

There is no reason to interfere with the impugned order, Petition is dismissed in limine.
