Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant husband and the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent wife. By this Application, pending the Appeal, the Applicant is seeking permission to meet his minor daughter on every first and third Saturday of every month between 1.00 to 3.00 p.m. in the premises of the Family Court at Thane. This was the interim arrangement in force till the disposal of the Petition by the impugned Judgment and Decree passed by the Family Court. The learned counsel appearing for the parties on instructions agree that the Applicant can meet the minor daughter Swara in the premises of the Family Court at Thane on first and third Saturday of every month between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. The parties agree that the said arrangement should continue till the disposal of the

Appeal.

The only dispute between the parties is about the amount payable to the Respondent for undertaking travel from Kalyan to the Family Court at Thane. For the time being, we fix the amount payable at Rs.300/- per visit.

Accordingly, we dispose of the Application by passing the following order:

ORDER :

(a) The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with modification that the time for access will be 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. on first and third Saturday of every calender month;

(b) We direct the Applicant to pay a sum of Rs.300/- to the Respondent per visit to the Family Court at Thane in terms of this order;

(c) Place the main Appeal under the caption of "Directions" on 1st July 2016. On that date, the

parties shall endeavour to remain present in the Court to enable the Court to hear the parties in chamber in the afternoon recess.
