After this petition was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the amount of maintenance as directed by the learned 3rd Judicial Magistrate First Class, Palghar in the order dated 15.2.2016 has been paid up to December 2017, as also henceforth the Petitioner shall continue to pay the interim maintenance. 2.

Considering, the above willingness on the part of the Petitioner to abide by the orders, and the submission as made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, adjudication of the petition is not called for. 3.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 4.

Needless to observe that the rights and contention of the parties

Devendra 2/2 10-wp-3637-2017.odt on the merits of the matter, pending adjudication before the trial court are expressly kept open.
