At the time of hearing of Second Appeal, Advocate appearing on behalf of applicant made a statement that the Circle Officer given has notice that he is going to handover the possession of the suit property to the parties at 11.30 a.m. today. After hearing both the sides, this order is passed by 12.45 at noon.

This application is preferred by defendant no.1 for stay of operation and implementation of decree dated 14.08.2013 passed by the Learned District Sneha Chavan 1/2

By consent of both the parties, Civil Application is disposed of on following terms: a) Partition proceeding to go on, except handing over the physical possession of the suit property to the respective parties.
