The learned Special P.P. on instructions fairly submitted that the Investigating Agency is not intending to arrest the applicants in the present crime and after completion of investigation, the Investigating Agency has already submitted complaint before the Court of Competent jurisdiction.

In view thereof, interim relief granted by an Order dated 15.09.2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Agency is hereby waived.
