None appears for the applicant. Even on the previous date of hearing i.e. 14.07.2021 none appeared for the applicant. 2.

The applicant has sought cancellation of bail granted to respondent No.2 vide order dated 17.09.2016. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 submits that charge-sheet is filed against the applicant. The charge is framed and the case is at the stage of recording of evidence.
