1] In view of the decision of this Court in Rajendra Somaji Waghade vs. Digamber Bahuddeshiya Apang Kalyan Shikshan Sanstha & Anr.1, the petitioners have an alternate remedy to challenge the impugned order. Accordingly, there is no necessity to entertain this petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy.
