This is an application for bail for offence punishable under Sections 377, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 6, 8 and 12 of POCSO Act. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application. However, it submitted that the applicant is in custody since last one year and it is not clear when the trial would be concluded. It is therefore submitted that in the event the trial does not commence shortly the applicant may be permitted to prefer fresh application for bail.

In view of the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the applicant, application is allowed to be withdrawn. In the

Sknair 907-ba-2206-18.odt event, trial does not commence within a period of six months from today, applicant will be at liberty to prefer an application for bail. In case such application is preferred by the applicant, the trial Court shall deal with the same in accordance with the law and uninfluenced by the earlier order or this order. 3.

Criminal Bail Application No. 2206 of 2018 stands disposed off.
