Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

During the course of argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they preferred Appeal challenging the order dated 11.5.2011 and 6.3.2012 under section 137 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949. He submits that the said Appeal is pending before the Authority since March, 2011.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and as Appeal is pending for last more than 6 years, in the interest of Justice, following order is passed:

a) Authority is directed to decide the Mohite 1/2

29 wp10894-15 petitioner's Appeal under section 137 of the Bombay Prohibition Act, 1949 filed on 28.3.2011 as early as possible, but in any case within four months from the receipt of copy of this order. b) Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly with these directions.
