DATED : 11th MARCH, 2022 P.C:- The learned APP state that in the subject C.R No.173/2021, 11(Eleven) accused are arraigned and against 9(nine) accused persons, the charge-sheet is already filed. The said subject C.R invoke Sections 420, 188, 269 of the IPC along with Section 4(A) and 7(3) of the Lottery Regulation Act. On instructions from the Investigating Officer who is present in the Court, the learned APP make a categorical statement that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary, but he shall report to the police station as and when called for, by the Investigating Officer and render his cooperation in the investigation. In the wake of the aforesaid statement, application is disposed off.
