The learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the applicant no.2 is suffering from liver cirrhosis and that his properties are attached and as such, he is unable to deposit 20% compensation in lump-sum. Therefore, he seeks leave to deposit the said amount in three installments. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the first installment of Rs.50,000/- shall be deposited before the trial Court within one week from today. The second installment of Rs.50,000/- shall be deposited before the trial Court within three weeks thereafter and the

balance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be deposited within six weeks from the date of the second installment. The statement is accepted.

In the light of the above statement, the condition imposed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Mumbai vide order dated 10/02/2015 in Misc. Application No.390 of 2015 stands modified accordingly.

The Criminal Revision Application is disposed of. 4.
