The learned Counsel for the applicant and the first informant - intervener submit that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and Consent Terms have been executed. 3.

The learned Counsel seek leave to tender the Consent Terms.

The first informant - intervener Revati Raj is present before the Court. She admits the contents of the Consent Terms ("X"). She is identified by the Advocate for the first informant - intervener.

In view of the Consent Terms ("X") the application stands allowed.

The undertakings given in the Consent Terms ("X") are accepted as undertakings to the Court.

7.

In the event of arrest of the applicant, in CR No.233 of 2023 registered with Gavdevi Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing a PR Bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

8.

The applicant shall cooperate with the investigation and report to the Investigating Officer as and when directed. 9.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and give threat or inducement to the first informant and any person acquainted with the facts of the case. 10.

The applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

Application stands disposed.
