DATE : NOVEMBER 5, 2019 P.C. :- Pursuant to an order dated July 8, 2016, I am informed that the parties are in agreement that Criminal Case No.1159/2005 pending on the fle of Metropolitan Magistrate, Andheri, Mumbai and Regular Criminal Case No.104/2004 pending on the fle of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Vadgaon, District Kolhapur be transferred to the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade Court, Mumbai.

In view of the consensus which the respective parties have arrived at through their respective counsel, the application is allowed.

Both the aforesaid proceedings be transferred to the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade Court, Mumbai.

The learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate shall allot the above two proceedings to any of the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, Esplanade Court, Mumbai as he deems ft.

Needless to clarify that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter.

Mr.Manjeet Singh, representative of the applicant is present in the Court.
