Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

The learned counsel for the Applicant after arguing for some time seeks leave to withdraw this application. He prays that the trial be expedited.

Considering the peculiar facts of the case and the material on record, the trial of the applicant is expedited. The Trial Court shall make an endeavour to conclude the trial in Sessions Case no.315 of 2013, as
2/2 21-ba.2163.2014.doc expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. If the said trial does not conclude within six months, for no fault of the Applicant, the Applicant shall be at liberty to file a fresh application for bail. 4.
Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
