This application is filed for condonation of delay of 1745 days in filing the appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant had approached the Legal Aid Committee in the year 2018. However, at the relevant time the certified copy of the impugned judgment dated 12th September 2018 was not submitted.

It is further stated that the applicant through the social worker again approached the Legal Aid Committee with the certified copy of the impugned judgment and order for filing the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal with application for delay condonation is filed through the Legal Services Authority. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, there is a delay of 1745 days in filing the appeal.

Heard, learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 1745 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. 4.

Interim Application is disposed of.
