1] After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C.R. No. 587 of 2017 registered with Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai, now culminated into Special (POCSO) Case No. 44 of 2018 does not commence within a period of one year from today. Leave and liberty granted.

2] Application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
