By an order dated 15 th February, 2017, the above Writ Petition was admitted by this Court (Coram : G.S. Kulkarni, J.) and the Petitioners were directed to deposit within eight weeks the full back wages of the Respondent No.2 as directed by the School Tribunal. Despite nine months having passed, the Petitioners have failed to deposit the said amount. The Petitioners have therefore, breached the order passed by this Court thereby compelling the Applicant/Respondent No.2 to file the above application seeking dismissal of the above Writ Petition. The Petitioners have also stopped giving instructions to their Advocate who states that despite several letters addressed to the Petitioners, they are not coming forward to give instructions in the
