We record statement of Learned AGP that the application of the Petitioner for extension of time for enforcement of the order dated 21st January, 2016 of the District Magistrate, Palghar passed under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act shall be decided within two weeks from today and that if the extension is allowed, the order of the District Magistrate, Palghar be executed within four weeks thereafter. 2.

Accepting the statement of Learned AGP, we dispose of the Petition.
