This is an application filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which stood dismissed by a conditional order dated 24th July, 2017 passed by this Court. 2.

It is stated in the application that since final number was given to the Writ Petition, the Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners was under the impression that it was to be heard for admission on the next date of hearing. As a result, the direction contained in the said order dated 24th July, 2017 for removing all office objections on or Yadav VG 1/2

911.CAW.2423.17 before 14th August, 2017 was not complied with, resulting in dismissal of the Writ Petition.

Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

For the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed. The Writ Petition is restored to file and it is directed that this Writ Petition shall be listed for disposal at admission stage after two weeks.
