What emerges before us are various disputed questions of fact which will require declaration and adjudication of rights and interests of private parties. We are informed that after filing this petition, the Petitioners have filed a Civil Suit in January 2024 bearing No. 83 of 2024 before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune.
