DATED : 18th NOVEMBER, 2015 P.C. :- The petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to forthwith take cognizance of the petitioner's complaint made vide their letter dated 9th September, 2015.

The learned A.P.P. on instructions makes a statement that in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint, FIR bearing No. 280 of 2015 is registered by the Jogeshwari Police station under the provisions of Section 406 of Indian Penal Code. In support of the statement, she has produced the report dated 18th November, 2015 by Senior police inspector, Jogeshwari Police station.
