DATED : 17TH NOVEMBER, 2015 P.C. :- The petition is filed seeking quashing of the proceedings of Criminal Case No.192/PW of 2015 pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 72nd Court, Vikhroli, Mumbai. Charge is already framed against the petitioners and the said criminal case is at the trial stage. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition. The petition is dismissed.
