Private parties are jointly requesting for quashing of FIR which is under sections 498(A), 323, 504, 506 and 34 of IPC. 3.

Parties have already tendered Consent Terms in Marriage Petition F-1970/2019 under section 13 (B) of Hindu Marriage Act at Family Court Bandra.

Respondent No.2 has tendered separate affidavit before this Court.

Orally also she has accepted Consent Terms and affidavit. She

In view of this development and joint request we quash and set aside Criminal Case No.1013/2018, FIR No.217/2018 and chargesheet arising out of it. Rule is made absolute.
