In view of the fact that the charge sheet has been filed and considering the fact that there are cross cases between the parties, we do not deem this is a fit case to exercise our writ jurisdiction. However, it would be open for the Petitioners to take appropriate recourse by way of discharge before the Trial Court. If any such Application is filed by the Petitioners, needless to state that the same would be heard and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law. With the directions as aforesaid, the above Writ Petition is disposed of.
