Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the Applicant seeks modification of the condition set out in clause (i) of para 4, imposed by this Court, vide order dated 27th June, 2019, passed in Bail Application No.1034 of 2019. 3.

The condition of which modification is sought, reads thus:- "4.

i) The Applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two local

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is unable to furnish with one or two local sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- as directed by this Court and requests that the said amount be reduced to Rs.15,000/-.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the condition set out in clause (i) of para 4, imposed by this Court, vide order dated 27th June, 2019, passed in Bail Application No.1034 of 2019, stands modified. Accordingly, the applicant shall now be enlarged on bail, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 27th June, 2019, to remain as it is. 6.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 7.
