The grievance of the Petitioner as reflected in the petition is that he was not produced before the Court on 24.09.2014 to attend the court proceedings. In view of the passage of time and in view of the subsequent developments that are occurred, we do not think it necessary to entertain the present writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands rejected.
