DATE : 17 MARCH 2022 P.C:- We have gone through the petition. It seeks a limited relief regarding deciding the proposal sent by the Head Master seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner as Laboratory Assistant in a time bound manner.

We have heard learned AGP for Respondent Nos. 3 and 4. We are of the view that purpose of this petition shall stand served by issuing necessary directions to Respondent No.3. 3.

Accordingly, we direct Respondent No.3 to decide the

sg 26.wp2798-22.doc proposal dated 16 March 2018 sent to him by the Head Master, i.e. Respondent No.1, in accordance with law, at the earliest and in any case, within four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.
