P.C.:- The testimony of PW No.1 namely Ishwar Savar is wholly reliable and trustworthy. It is alleged that, the Applicant assaulted PW No.1 with a knife on his abdomen and so also on his cheek. Prima facie it appears that, there is a corroborative material on record to show a clear indictment of the Applicant in the present crime. In view thereof, Application is dismissed.
