The learned counsel for the Applicant -husband submits that she has served the Respondent-Wife. The Applicant-Husband to file affidavit of service within one week.

Pursuant to the direction granted by the Apex Court in its order dated 25th August, 2015, the Respondent -wife has travelled to Thailand and has returned back along with the child. For the purpose of travelling to Thailand, the Registrar General of this Court was directed to handover the passport to her. The Applicant-Husband is 1/3
- 2 - seeking a direction, directing the Respondent wife to return the passport to the Registrar General of this Court. 3.
From the order of the Apex Court, it clearly reveals that the Respondent -wife is permitted to travel only for two weeks and, as such, therefore, she ought to have handed over the passport as per the earlier order passed by this Court.

The Respondent wife shall hand over/deposit the US Passport/ Thai Passport/ OCI Card and any other documents and also to deposit the Thai Passport/ US Passport/ OCI Card of child Ahren to the Registrar General within two weeks. The Respondent - wife shall also file an affidavit, stating therein that she is not applied for new passport for son Ahren and if such passport is issued, she shall deposit the said passport with the Registrar General. The entire exercise shall be completed within two weeks. Civil application No. 2728 of 2015 is disposed of.
