The contempt alleged in the above Contempt Petition is that inspite of the directions as contained in the order dated 11-3-2014, the applications of the Petitioner dated 11-7-2011 and 20-3-2012 have not been disposed of. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) Mr. Patil tenders the order dated 21-5-2015 passed by the Executing Engineer(ES) SRA, by which order, the applications of the Petitioner were disposed of. However, in so far as the application dated 11-7-2011 is concerned, the relief sought by the Applicant as regards taking action against the ineligible persons who are in occupation and possession of the premises meant for permanent alternate accommodation has not been complied with. mmj

cp-627-14-(916) The Learned Counsel for the SRA states that in so far as the said relief is concerned, the concerned authority of the SRA would dispose of the application in so far as the said relief is concerned within 6 weeks from date. In view of the said statement of the Learned Counsel for the SRA, it is not necessary to keep the above Contempt Petition pending. The Contempt Petition is accordingly stand disposed of.
