J.R.Solanki, the learned counsel for the respondent no.1, as also the learned APP, the application is disposed of as follows : The applicant shall be permitted to deposit cash in lieu of sureties in all the seven matters, temporarily and only for a period of six weeks from today. During this period of six weeks, the applicant shall furnish appropriate sureties in the bail amount, and thereafter, seek the return of the cash deposited by him. In view of the submissions made, it is clarified that it will be open for the Magistrate to accept one surety in all the cases, if the Magistrate considers it proper to do so. It is also clarified that this court has not imposed any condition to the effect that the applicant must furnish a separate surety in each case. It is for the Magistrate to take proper decision in the matter, in accordance with law.
