This is an application from prison praying that advocate Mr.Arfan Sait be appointed under the Free Legal Aid Scheme to prosecute the appeal filed by the applicant. However, as Mr.Arfan Sait has been appointed as an Additional Public Prosecutor, he would not be able to take up the brief of the applicant/appellant.

The application is, therefore, rejected.

This order be communicated to the applicant in prison, who shall be at liberty to suggest the name of any other advocate, who would be ready to undertake the work.
