The applicant is served with the notice under Section 41A of Cr.P.C. on 07/09/2022.

Learned A.P.P. states that he has not reported to the police station.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant shall report to the police station within a week from today.

Upon his appearance, the Investigating Offcer shall follow the procedure prescribed under Section 41A and if he is desirous of effecting the arrest of the applicant, he shall record his reasons in writing and shall issue 72 hours notice, before effecting the arrest.
