This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the of the Cr.P.C. in CR No.228 of 2016 dated 30.11.2016 registered with Samarth Police Station, District Pune under Sections 395, 386, 341, 506(2), 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that accused No.6 Nitin Govind Admane who has been attributed with same and similar role has been released on bail by this Court by an order dated 24.7.2017 and therefore, the applicant is entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity. Learned APP. fairly conceded the said submission.

Perused the charge sheet. It clearly appears that the applicant has been assigned with the same and similar role as has been assigned to accused Nitin Admane who has been released on bail by an order dated 24.8.2017 and therefore the applicant is also entitled to be released on bail on the ground of parity.

Hence, the following order.

a) The applicant be released on bail in CR No.228 of 2016 dated 30.11.2016 registered with Samarth Police Station, District Pune on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/-with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount.

b) After his release from Jail the applicant shall attend the concerned police station on every first and third Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.

c) The applicant shall also attend all the dates before the Trial Court.

d) Any two consecutive defaults in complying with the aforesaid conditions, shall attract the provisions of cancellation of bail.

e) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence and /or influence the prosecution witnesses.
