Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.448 of 2021 registered with Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Section 354 of IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Applicant has already suffered custodial interrogation and incarceration for two last months. Considering the maximum punishment provided i.e. five years and the relationship between the complainant and applicant, case for bail is made out. 3.

Applicant is directed to be released on bail in Crime No.448 of 2021 registered with Santacruz Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Section 354 of IPC and Section 8 of the POCSO Act on provisional cash bail of Rs.10,000/- for a BGP.
